Link: Great article about click languages with real video
I loved this article today. Not only does it talk about click languages and give you real examples, but it talks about how English speakers also use clicks - not as phonemes, but as discourse organizers. Check it out!
I just read that article the other day and now I've been listening obsessively for English clicks! I haven't heard any consciously yet, but I can't rule out the possibility that I'm just not noticing them as clicks. Very interesting stuff!
That's really neat. Someone in the comments mentioned The Gods Must Be Crazy as a movie with using characters with a click language, but another one that sticks out in my mind is A Far Off Place with Reese Witherspoon, more so than the other because it's a serious toned action movie rather than a comedy.
